    about TravelOnLine service: Staff responded swiftly and helpfully to our queries, which was very reassuring. Good refund policy - we were initially unsure of the venue for the Italy Scotland match when we booked up for Bari thanks to FIFA and UEFA rules but with hotelsitalyonline we had the comfort that a change in booking wasn't going to cost the earth. Thankfully the venue was confirmed as Bari and a good time was had by all.

    Good location, very clean room, good size bathroom and room. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Staff very patient with English only visitors. Restaurant had great food and very attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again.

    The Alamanni Hotel was close by to the railway station. Very convenient to the historic areas of Florence, everything within easy walking distance. Nice outdoor balcony to enjoy the cool night-time air.
    Hotel accomodations were immediately available at lunchtime for check-in. Reservation process was very easy and reminder e-mailed messages regarding the deposits were very helpful in determining how much balance was due at check-in.

Staff was extremely helpful giving directions and making arrangements for us to be served dinner late on the evening of our arrival at Parma Restuarant. Rooms and all areas were pleasant, clean and well maintained.
    Customer service was helpful and kept us advised regarding updates to our original reservation. When unable to place us with Hotel Paridiso an adequate alternative was recommended and all arrangements were finalized with Beau Sit. Appreciated reminder confirming our resevation prior to our departure from U.S.

    The individual balconies that overlook the lake offered such a spectacular view!! The jasmine was in bloom and the sent permeated the air from the open window. The room was spacious by European standards and the elevator actually worked. The pre fix three course dinner menu selections offered covered a wide range of choices and the service was excellent. I would certainly stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
    Travel Online Services: My daughter made our reservations so I have no personal experience experience but she did say it was a positive.

    We stayed at the Villa San Pio. Had a large room with a terrace. The location -- a high-end residential district near the sites of ancient Rome -- was perfect. An oasis away from the tourist crowds of center city, yet close to a metro line and local restaurants. Beautiful garden for outdoor breakfasts and cocktails. Very friendly staff.

    As to physical appearance, Hotel Villa San Pio is charming, lovely, and clean. The garden, as well as our room (a quad), exude a pleasing, peaceful ambience. Breakfast was excellent; more than sufficient. As to hotel staff, we have all praises. All staff that we encountered including the airport pick-up service driver, the front desk, the bellhops, and the breakfast staff were polite, pleasant, and very helpful.
