Plunged in an oasis of greenery right in the center of town, the new Hotel Gio Arte e Vini is within easy reach of the main lines of communication. Each of the 130 comfortable rooms is named after a contemporary artist and wine-producers whose work is exhibited in the room. The artist's paintings, and the wine estate's excellent bottles of wine, carefully selected by the GiO' Cellars, may be purchased by the client. The small but extremely versatile Congress Center at the Hotel Gio Arte e Vini has a main hall seating up to 130 persons, equipped with high sophisticated audiovisual technology. The Hotel Gio Arte e Vini was one of the first establishments to hold training courses on the Internet for executives of large, national corporations. Now its information technology is unrivalled, with dedicated lines for Internet connections, and intranet connections between the hotel's meeting rooms. In the Sala delle Cravatte del Vino it is even possible to operate up to 30 PCs connected internally and externally, utilizing the most widely used software packages. The GiO' Wine and Delicatessen Emporium and Department Store stocks 10.000 products from all over the world in 4.000 m2 of floor-space. The Hotel GiO' Arte e Vini is linked by a corridor to the largest Italian Wine and Delicatessen Emporium which, with products from more than 50 countries, is not only a tourist attraction in its own right, but also a Mecca for the gourmet.
